The osmose technology simply put, is the process of diffusion or diffusion through
semipe rmeable membranes (compounds that allow the passage of some substances while blocking others).
What is osmosis?
Osmosis, in medical terms, refers to a diffusion process that occurs across a selectively permeable membrane. Technically speaking, osmosis is a property of pure solutions
where solvent molecules flow through a semi permeable membrane into another compartment until equili brium is reached.
An example of osmosis would be when a person is dehydrated and drinks a lot of water. The water naturally passes through a semi permeable membrane (the skin) into another compartment (the bloodstream). When pressure builds up in one compartment, pressure also builds up in other compartments until equili brium is reached.
